Billy Triantafilos and Mike Corneau are established entrepreneurs recognized for their exceptional business acumen, community-driven approach and philanthropic initiatives throughout the Ottawa region.
As Co-Founders of TCU Development Corporation, Billy and Mike share responsibilities as Principal, helming the organization’s day-to-day operations and leading an expansive team of employees, consultants and partners.
Demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit at an early age, Billy and Mike’s first venture into real estate was at their alma mater, the University of Ottawa, where they earned a reputation as student-residence experts. As former student-athletes, the pair were also instrumental in establishing the University of Ottawa Varsity Sports Committee, an innovative communication model between athletes, coaches and programs.
Since 2010, TCU has grown exponentially under Billy and Mike’s leadership, overseeing $500M in real estate development. As co-founders the pair have developed a deep understanding of market trends, and know how to generate successful development projects that serve the city.
Billy and Mike’s passion for community-building extends to numerous other local organizations and charities including the Gee-Gee’s Men’s Hockey Program, The Ottawa Hospital, The University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa, Ottawa Food Bank, Cumberland Minor Hockey Association, Bruyère Foundation, Ride for the Cure, Toy Mountain and CASCO.
