We’ve had a productive year at TCU, and have made significant progress on our flagship developments at Capital Park, 1155 Joseph Cyr and 36 Robinson. Take a look at some of the construction updates on our latest projects.
Capital Park
We are excited to announce that construction is complete on phase one of Capital Park, a brand-new rental community located in the heart of Ottawa.
With a total of 138 units, each of the three buildings comes equipped with secure entry (with state-of-the-art facial recognition), bike storage, sky lounge amenity space, parcel lockers and access to a Communauto car.
Located steps to the LRT and the new uOttawa health science building, as well as in close proximity to the highway, the location is convenient for however residents choose to get around.
1155 Joseph Cyr
We are pleased to show the progress happening at 1155 Joseph Cyr, one of our new residential-focused buildings just east of downtown Ottawa.
Steps to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre and the LRT, this six-story; 117-unit building is just the first of many buildings planned for this up-and-coming area. With a rooftop terrace, various amenities, and space for a commercial tenant on the first floor, convenience is at residents’ fingertips.
1155 Joseph Cyr is scheduled for completion in 2024.
36 Robinson
We recently had the opportunity to host our incredible consultants, partners, and team members for the Topping Off celebration of 36 Robinson. Overlooking the Rideau River and Ottawa skyline, Biagio’s allowed our crane to hoist their wood fire pizza truck to our rooftop.
Along with our partners EMBLEM Developments, we are proud of this significant milestone and look forward to the next phase of our latest concrete structure. Located in the heart of Robinson Village, 36 Robinson is now 9-storeys and will consist of 153 rental units.
